Thaw GF puff pastry to room temperature
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Lightly dust a flat surface with Gluten Free flour
Roll out the dough to 1/4" thick
Fold the dough, and roll out again. Repeat this at least 2 times
Put dough in fridge to chill for 7 minutes
Roll the dough out into a rectangle
Use a pizza cutter to make long rectangles with the dough
Place the chocolate at one end of the dough and roll it. Make it flat not round
Place on baking sheet
Whisk together the egg and water in a small bowl to make an egg wash
Brush dough with egg wash
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Boil for 2 minutes if you want the tops brown
Dush with powedered sugar (optional)
