celery

chicken or vegetable broth

water

kale
rough chop

cannellini beans
drained and rinsed

tbsp
thyme

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
dried oregano
salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat large pot over medium high heat
Add oil and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add salt and pepper
Add in broth and water
Cover and bring to a light boil
Add kale, cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes
Add in drained and rinsed beans
Add in remaining seasoning
Cover and simmer for at least 10 minutes
