Gluten Free Feta Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints organic cherry tomatoes
  • 8 once block of feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 1 tbsp oregano dried
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cub basil fresh
  • 12 onces gluten free pasta

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grease a 9x12 baking dish
  • Put tomatoes in the baking dish
  • Cover tomatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil and half the herbs, stir to coat
  • Place block feta in the center of the tomatoes
  • Drizzle olive oil and herbs on the cheese
  • Season entire dish with salt and pepper
  • Top with grated garlic cloves
  • Bake for 35 Minutes
  • Boil water and cook gluten free pasta per the boxes instructions
  • Stir the tomatoes and cheese together until creamy
  • Add in the gluten free pasta and genlty combine
  • Cover with fresh basil and enjoy
