Gluten Free Feta Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints organic cherry tomatoes
  • 8 once block of feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 1 tbsp oregano dried
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cub basil fresh
  • 12 onces gluten free pasta

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease a 9x12 baking dish
  3. Put tomatoes in the baking dish
  4. Cover tomatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil and half the herbs, stir to coat
  5. Place block feta in the center of the tomatoes
  6. Drizzle olive oil and herbs on the cheese
  7. Season entire dish with salt and pepper
  8. Top with grated garlic cloves
  9. Bake for 35 Minutes
  10. Boil water and cook gluten free pasta per the boxes instructions
  11. Stir the tomatoes and cheese together until creamy
  12. Add in the gluten free pasta and genlty combine
  13. Cover with fresh basil and enjoy
