Method
- Heat large pot over medium high heat
- Add oil and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add salt and pepper
- Add in broth and water
- Cover and bring to a light boil
- Add kale, cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes
- Add in drained and rinsed beans
- Add in remaining seasoning
- Cover and simmer for at least 10 minutes
