I’m A Celiac – 7 Links

I was super excited to see that Marlow from Gluten Hates Me passed on this fun link idea in this post!  The assignment is to highlight seven of your past posts and then pass the assignment on to seven other bloggers.   As a newbie blogger I really enjoyed scrolling through past posts.  Hope you enjoy!

MOST POPULAR POST

Gluten Free Cake Balls
Everyone loves dessert so it wasn’t surprising that my most popular post had to do with a dessert!  I have made these a couple times and really enjoyed them!  They also freeze really well so you can make them and enjoy them for weeks to come.

POST YOU FEEL DIDN’T GET THE ATTENTION IT DESERVED

Working Girls Guide to Gluten Free
I know there are lots of working Celiac’s out there who struggle with the daily trials of working and eating Gluten Free at business events.  This post talks about tips that I have learned along the way.

POST WHO’S SUCCESS SURPRISED YOU

Broccoli and Quinoa Goodness
Who knew broccoli and Quinoa would be such a hit?!  These are super tasty and easy to make.  They can be made in any form you want.  They could be a side dish, lunch or snack.

MOST HELPFUL

My Story
I shared health issues I have had and was very honest about my struggle and journey to a Celiac diagnosis.   I appreciate the opportunity to just be honest and let you know where I’ve been.   The great news is I’m Gluten free, feel great, off meds, have a toddler and am pregnant with 2 more kids!  Amazing!

MOST CONTROVERSIAL
As a newbie I really haven’t caused any controversy.  I’m sure I’m going to tick someone off soon.

POST YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF

Amazing Gluten Free Onion Rings

I love most anything fried and this was my first big success with Gluten Free frying.  And who doesn’t love onion rings!

MOST BEAUTIFUL

Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These are beautiful for two reasons!  One – they taste amazing and two – they can fool gluten eaters!  My co-workers were amazed once I told them these where Gluten Free.

Here are seven Gluten Free Bloggers who rock.  Take a minute to check them out and maybe they will take the 7 link challenge too!

That was quite an assignment Pam. Mine will post tommorrow. I’ve never done this sort of thing before. I guess there’s a first time for everything. Thanks. — Genie
