As people with Celiac Disease or Gluten sensitivity we aren’t picky eaters, we wouldn’t eat this way if we had a choice, we have to eat this way – it is our only option to stay healthy!

She isn’t entirely accurate calling Celiac a gluten allergy, but people understand allergies. They don’t tend to understand an intolerance or autoimmune response. Good job by that girl!
