Can you believe it is October already?! I have no idea where this year has gone. It seems like a blur. One great benefit about blogging is you can go back and read old posts to remember where you’ve been.

Wednesday – Crock Pot Honey Chicken – use GF soy sauce
Thursday – Parmesan Pork Chops
Friday – Scalloped Potato and Hamburger
Saturday – Leftovers
Sides – veggies, mac-n-cheese, rice

Jenni – that chicken dish is so good!! It is one of the hubby’s favorites. So easy to make and it has tons of flavor. Since I use GF soy sauce I only put in about 2 tbsp instead of the 1/4 cup the recipe calls for.
The kids will all eat it too!
