We are back to normal this week with everyone home and the kids are all healthy finally! Having the twins sick at the same time wore us out! Now to the important part – the food!
Monday – Sausage and Peppers – cooked in the skillet
Tuesday – Baked Citrus Lime Chicken using Tall Papa Bread Crumbs
Wednesday – Chicken nuggets – store bought kind *I’m working late so trying to make it easy on the Hubby
Thursday – BBQ Pork Chops from The Everything Gluten Free Slow Cooker Cookbook see page 245
Friday – Chicken Pie – using GF Whole Food Pie Crust and GF cream of chicken soup
Saturday – Eating out
Sides: Mac n Cheese, steamed veggies and baked potatoes
