We are back to normal this week with everyone back home. Hats off to all you single parents out there! The hubby was gone last week and it kicked my tail – I even had my mom here to help!

Tuesday – Mexican Shepherds pie with corn salsa using G-Free Laura’s recipe. Another awesome Chicago Blogger.
Wednesday – Slow cooker BBQ Pork Loin using Bone Suckin Sauce.
Thursday – Work dinner – family chicken nuggets, tater tots, green beans
Friday – Pepperoni Bake and salad
Saturday – Dinner in Atlanta – family leftovers
