This week we are back to normal with no craziness with work and events. To make things easier I bought a rotisserie chicken that we can eat off of for two meals.
Monday – Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake – new recipe
Tuesday – Sausage and Peppers with GF pasta
Wednesday – Scalloped Potatoes and Hamburger
Thursday – Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – Date night with the Hubby!
