This super, fun food is also easy to make! I can prepare one of these babies in under four minutes. The idea is to put all the goodness into a glass jar the night before, let is “cook” overnight in the fridge and you get to enjoy it the next morning.
I have enjoyed three different flavors of overnight oats this week, I may be addicted!
Make sure you use Gluten Free oats!

My favorite so far is peanut butter and banana overnight oats!
These have been great for my post workout breakfast and mid-morning snack! They fill me up and satisfy my hunger till I get home for lunch.
These will become a part of my weekly eating!

Yup! Stir it in the morning and enjoy it cold.

Weekday size mason jar do you use for this recipe? I can’t wait to try this!
imaceliac says
I use the wide mouth 16oz mason jars. You could also use the 8oz for a smaller portion.
Terri says
Do you know what the calorie count is?
imaceliac says
The calorie count varies drastically based on what ingredients you use. If calories are an issue use, low cal yogurt and such.
Hallie says
Can you use steel-cut oats?
imaceliac says
You sure can!
