The book is put together by Josh Schieffer and his wife Jayme. I met them two years ago in Charlotte at a Gluten Free event. They are awesome people and their passion for our community is contagious! Both Josh and their youngest son have Celiac Disease, so this guide is their way of helping others know what is good in our community.
