Celi Vites was created by Gluten Free people for Gluten Free people. As a person with Celiac Disease your body attacks itself when you ingest Gluten. Depending on how long you ate Gluten before you were diagnosed, there is no telling how much damage has been done. I personally went 15 years before my diagnosis! In most cases a Gluten Free diet cannot 100% heal that damage.
What that means is that most of us Gluten Free people need a boost when it comes to our nutrition. And most of us don’t eat enough good things like vitamins and minerals to keep our bodies going on food alone.
Celi Vites was created to help give you that boost. They have 3 products: bone health, blood health and body health. I have had the privilege to try the bone health for the last month. I chose the bone health because of the strong link between osteoporosis and Celiac Disease. Osteoporosis also runs in my family.
The bone health is an orange flavored powder supplement that you can drink with water, orange juice or add to a smoothie. I have tried it all 3 ways and enjoy it in smoothies the most. The powder is packed with good things like vitamin D3, K2, calcium, magnesium and potassium. The package says for best results take at night, but I have been putting it in my morning smoothie.
Do I have a bone scan to show that my bones are getting stronger? No, but I do know that I’m making an intentional effort to try and take care of my body. I want to be able to run after my grandkids, run 5k’s in my 60’s and take long walks with my husband in my 80’s. If adding nutritional supplements to my diet will help me achieve those goals, then I’m in.
While Celi Vites is targeted specifically for the Gluten Free community, any adult can benefit from the vitamins and minerals in the supplements. I “may” have been adding the bone health to my hubby’s smoothies too!
Celiac Disease Awareness Month cannot end without a giveaway from Celi Vites since they create products to help people who are Gluten Free!
3 winners will each win 1 of Celi Vites products! Enter below for your chance to win!
