Weekly Menu May 5 2014

Happy Celiac Disease Awareness Month!

Go here for my post about what this month means to me.   Don’t forget to add your email to the Gluten Free Deals newsletter so you don’t miss any of the giveaways this month.  There are a TON of them!

I hope you had a great weekend!  We had a ton of fun together as a family.  Hubby came home late Friday just before I lost my mind!  We spent Saturday enjoying a fair in our town, playing at home and then we cooked an epic dinner!

Grilled hot dogs on Udi’s Gluten Free buns, homemade onion rings and s’mores made with Schar Gluten Free Honeygrams.

This week is normal so dinners will be our usual simple, Gluten Free goodness.

Monday – Calzones using Pillsbury GF dough

Tuesday – Grilled Pork Chops – recipe from
eMeals (didn’t make it last week)

Wednesday – Pan seared chicken, roasted veggies and quinoa

Thursday – Chipotle-pineapple pork roast – slow cooker
recipe from eMeals

Friday – Chicken Parmesan with GF pasta

Saturday –  Leftovers or dinner out

Can you share how you make a calzone with the Pilsbury dough? I went on their website and didn’t see a recipe for a GF one and am interested in making one for my kids (and me!). Thanks for your help. Always enjoy your recipes.
