i am a celiac since last may 2013…am doing pretty good with it..sometimes i get discouraged especially with restaurants..and i miss some of the foods sometimes. but i feel better and need simple recipes..i use domata flour and like using one flour…still have alot to learn yet…so with your site i am sure it will be a big help….thanks
