Gluten Free Books that will Save Your Life

Ok so these books may not actually save your life but they will definably change your life!  Living Gluten Free has many challenges and there are so many things that people just don’t know when they first go Gluten Free.  I cringe when I think of all the silly mistakes I made that made me sick early in my journey.

Here is a list of amazing Gluten Free books, lifestyle guides and cookbooks that will help you on your Gluten Free journey.  Most of these are in my personal library!

Kids Books

 Gordy and the Magic Diet

This great kids book is written by a wonderful woman names April, it is great read to help kids understand why they need to eat safe foods.
 Mommy, What is Celiac Disease?

This is one of the first books I read when I was diagnosed.  It is a simple why to explain Celiac Disease to children.

Jennifer’s book has some awesome tips to live Gluten Free while staying on a budget.  She also some some recipes incorporated into the book.

    This is a great list! I love Blackbird Bakery Gluten Free, her recipes are great, and the photography is awesome.
