Hope you had a great weekend! We were busy but had some great times with family!

I wanted to share some epic Gluten Free finds at Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart bakery is now making Gluten Free cookies, muffins and brownies. They are fresh and can be found in the deli area on the racks with the other bakes goods. They have green labels. I even found the muffins on the discount bakery rack and saved $1.50! The brownies and cookies are both very tasty and have a good texture. They will be great for a grab and go Gluten Free dessert for parties or a school event.

The other great find is Udis Gluten Free Florence Street Farmhouse White Bread. It is a loaf of fresh, white sandwich bread. We will be making some yummy sandwiches this week!

This week is the twins 3rd birthday!!! That means lots of Gluten Free cooking for the school party and the family party. I will be cooking some of the twin’s favorite dishes this week for dinner.

Monday – Chicken Alfredo

Tuesday – Grilled chicken and hot dogs with tater tots and veggies

Wednesday – Chicken Fried Rice

Thursday – Taco Pasta Bake

Friday – Birthday Dinner out at Red Robin

Saturday – Dinner out with family after the twin’s party
