It really is that easy guys!  The all spice blend I use is from Virtuous Living but any spice blend that is GF will do.  For this recipe I prefer to use chicken broth for chicken dishes and beef broth for beef dishes.

This recipe makes enough cream of mushroom soup to make the equivalent of one can of soup.  It is enough for one casserole.  The recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and it moves pretty quickly so make sure you have all the ingredients ready to go before you start.

Would all rice flour work for the gluten free flour or would I have to change the amount ?

It should work but you may want to a gum to help it thicken

You could, but coconut or almond milk may do better. When you are mixing the gf flour and rice milk use a little less milk to test the consistency – you can always add more 🙂

I just want to be sure I know what I’m getting here. Is this going to produce a condensed soup substitute or a soup? I have a celiac granddaughter and I have tried that stuff that comes in a box. It ruined my casserole.

This is more of a condensed soup. It is great for casseroles.
