Hello March! I have to admit with our recent weather here in NC it does not seem like March. We received 7 inches of snow that week, the kiddos have been out of school for days and church was cancelled due to ice. Winter is fun, but I’m ready for it to be over.
This past weekend was a blast in Austin, TX at the Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest. The event was filled with some food, awesome people and new finds. I’ll work on a recap post this week so you can get a taste for all the fun finds!
This week we are hoping to thaw out and life get back to normal. Since I was gone this weekend, our meals are going to be created from what we have in the house as I haven’t made it to a grocery store.
Monday: One Dish Wonder
Tuesday: Pork BBQ Quesadillas
Wednesday: Chicken Primavera
Thursday: Honey Mustard Pork Loin – Slow Cooker
Friday: Chicken Stir Fry
Saturday: Dinner out with family
