Hey Friends! How was your weekend?
Our weekend was full of playing in the pool and ballet. Curly had her dance recital Friday and Saturday night. She is in the youngest class, so all 6 of them (5 & 6 year olds) were adorable as they danced completely different dances while trying to follow the same teacher. So precious!

In some fun fitness news, I am officially training for a Triathlon! I will be doing a sprint tri this fall. The run is only 2 miles so I’m fine, the swim and bike are the areas I have to work on. Any advice would be appreciated.
This week is the last full week of school for the kiddos. We have Kindergarten graduation this Thursday night that will include all 3 kiddos!
Here is my plan of attack for dinners this week.
Monday: Pan Seared Steak, twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Easy Peasy Spaghetti with garlic bread
Wednesday: Cheesy Tomato Basil Pasta Bake – recipe from eMeals
Thursday: One Dish Wonder
Friday: Grilling out at friends house – I’m bringing this for dessert!
Saturday: Leftover Stir Fry
