Happy July 4th! I hope you had a great long weekend. We had a fun few days with family. Activities included water balloon fights, bowling, children’s museum, and loads of tasty Gluten Free food. Some of the food highlights were homemade ice cream, lemon squares, cheese ravioli, and pizza.
Dinners this week will be simple and fast.

Tuesday: Honey Mustard Pork Loin – slow cooker
Wednesday: Sweet Potato Noodles with Spinach and Bacon – spiralizer
Thursday: Easy Peasy Chicken Casserole
Friday: Veggie Pasta Bake
Saturday: Korean Beef Bowl
