Hey all! We are back from vacation and ready to get back in the swing of things. We have our Gluten Free menu plan ready and hubby did the grocery shopping this week – score!
Our trip was tons of fun and we went on some grand adventures. Sadly the trip was pretty blah when it came to Gluten Free food. Little B and I both got Glutened and I’m not sure what did it. We had a number of safe Gluten Free meals out but none of them were really worth bragging about. There were 2 highlights that I will share about later this week: hint – donuts and onion rings!
In other news, the kiddos start school this week! Where has the summer gone?! We went school supply shopping yesterday and have teacher orientation Monday night. On top of school starting both hubby and I have events next weekend to prepare for. Hubby is taking a church trip and I will be at the GFAF Wellness Event in Raleigh, NC. You can win tickets here!

Monday: Udi’s Skillet Dinners – need a fast dinner
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Roast Chicken
Wednesday: Cheesy Ranch Chicken and Rice – will use leftover chicken from Tuesday
Thursday: Beef Lo Mein
Friday: Leftovers for Kids, I’ll be at Primal!
Saturday: Dinner out
