Gluten Free Menu Plan September 21 2015

Hey! How was your week? What are you making for dinner? Have you hit the grocery store yet? I’m way behind this week, due to being out of town. I have a menu plan, but will have to rush to the grocery store tomorrow to get what I need.

Weekly Menu TM

This week I’m relying on the slow cooker as I ease back into life, schedules and work.

Gluten Free Weekly Menu

Monday:  BBQ Pork Chops – A Freezer Meal Slow Cooker

Tuesday:  Honey Chicken Skillet

Wednesday:  Honey Mustard Pork Loin – Slow Cooker

Thursday: Cheesy Ranch Chicken Bake

Friday: Date night!

Saturday:  Leftover Stir Fry

None of these sound good? Check out my recipe page.

    GF TunaRrito:
Spread a wrap with a thin layer of your fave shredded cheese, all the way to the edge. Add a thin layer of cooked veg in the middle 2/3. Nuke 30-60 minutes to melt cheese, which makes a brittle GF wrap foldable without breaking. Add a scoop of tuna into the center 1/3. Roll with care. Yum!

    Acceptable wrap brands:

I don’t care for “Petals”– too thick and crumbly, best for pizza base. For really WRAPPING, Toufayan Original GF Recipe (large), or Rudi’s (smaller).

Totally unrelated… What kind of dog food do feed your dog? Looking for something gluten free so it is safe for me. Thanks in advance!

Great question! Sadly our fur babies are gone. I would recommend a GF dog food due to all the doggy kisses. Blue Buffalo is a brand I’ve seen, but it is pricey!
