Happy Labor Day to all my US friends! I don’t know about you but I REALLY needed a 3 day weekend. We needed time to play, destroy the house, and clean the house.
Last week was a wash when it came to our menu plan. I literally only made dinner 1 night due to various factors. This means our fridge is full of food that I didn’t cook last week that I will repurpose for meals this week. That ever happen to you? Sometimes life happens and you just have to go with it.

Monday: Grilling out – hot dogs, pork chops and veggies
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice
Wednesday: Chicken Spaghetti
Thursday: Dinner out for Hubby’s Birthday!
Friday: Enchilada Casserole
Saturday: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders, tater tots and steamed veggies
