Time to plan for your weekly Gluten Free menu!
We spent the weekend in the NC mountains. Our adventures included: apple picking, swimming, staying in a hotel, having dinner in bed, hiking, seeing waterfalls, and eating TONS of amazing Gluten Free food. I found some great stops that I will share with you soon.
For this week I’ve done some meal prep to make dinners easier for me. I have chopped a ton of veggies, marinated some meat, and prepped some fruit. This should speed up the dinner making process.
This coming weekend I’m heading to Indianapolis for the Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest! If you are close, this is not an event to miss! There are a TON of Gluten Free products for you to sample and buy. I will be at the MyLifeWithFoodAllergies.com booth selling my books and t-shirts. Come by and say hi!
Gluten Free Weekly Menu
Monday: Slow Cooker Roast Chicken, tater tots and broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken Stir Fry – similar to this recipe
Wednesday: Beef Non-Stew and cornbread
Thursday: Spaghetti with GF noodles for kids and zoodles for the grown ups
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Frozen GF pizza
