How are we just 3 weeks away from Christmas? Geez, I’m not ready. So much to do and never enough time. My amazon wish lists are growing but there are many items to add. With young kids it is just easier to hit “buy” than to lug the kids to a store and try to buy gifts for other people when they want their presents now. Our tree is up, the lights are on the house, and we have the countdown to Christmas chain all set. Now to see if we can get it all together in time for Christmas!
This week Hubby will be gone for a few days for a work trip, so the kiddos and I made our Gluten Free menu plan for the week. Our menu plan does include eating out twice due to evening events. Here are a list of restaurants that we have had good success with. My tops are Red Robin, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, and Outback.

Monday: Dinner Out
Tuesday: Swiss Chicken Casserole with homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup
Wednesday: Chicken Primavera
Thursday: Homemade Pizza night
Friday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Saturday: Dinner Out
