Hello February! Where have you been all year? How was your weekend? Do anything fun?
My mom’s wedding was a huge success and I got to eat a ton of tasty Gluten Free food. The rehearsal dinner was at Five Guys, lunch the day of the wedding was Gluten Free pizza, the ceremony had Gluten Free communion, the reception had Gluten Free cupcakes and popsicles. A very epic Gluten Free wedding experience! My mom did a great job of having safe food for the twins and me.
This week brings appointments, kid activities, church stuff and work. There have been some big changes at work over the past 6 months, they have been stressful but helped us grow. The coming weeks will be even harder as we make tough decisions and re-organize the company. Fingers crossed I don’t eat all 10 Gluten Free cupcakes in my freezer leftover from the wedding this week!
Gluten Free Weekly Menu
Monday: Honey Slow Cooker Chicken
Tuesday: Scalloped Potatoes and Hamburger I will add some extra veggies (didn’t make it last week)
Wednesday: Taco Salad
Thursday: Kale Lemon Pasta
Friday: One Dish Wonder
Saturday: Feeding teenage boys so it will be an appetizer dinner: Bacon Cheeseburger Puffs, Baked Potatoes Skins, and Sausage Cheese Dip
