Do you ever need a do-over? Like just need to forgot what happened and start over? That was us last week. For 9 days straight one of the 3 kids had a fever or was throwing up. Hubby and I even got hit with it. Needless to say the menu plan for last week did not happen. I’m hoping this week will be better! No more sickness and we can actually follow the menu to have a sense of normalcy.
To help keep us on track this week I am going to be doing some meal prep on Sunday to make dinners even easier to make.
Here are a few things I’m going to prep:
- brown the ground beef and have in the fridge for the lasagna
- put the lemon chicken in a freezer bag ready to cook
- chop veggies for the honey chicken
- make mini quiches so breakfast is just grab and go
Gluten Free Weekly Menu
Monday: Lasagna
Tuesday: Lemon Garlic Chicken
Wednesday: Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Thursday: Honey Skillet Chicken
Friday: Mexican Slow Cooker Chicken – made it 2 weeks ago but “someone” turned off the slow cooker so I had to throw it out after sitting in the slow cooker all day NOT cooking.
Saturday: Pizza – Pizza Hut
