Time to plan another week’s worth of Gluten Free dinners. Are you ready?
We survived week 1 of our lean body challenge. I will post later this week about the details and all the mini meals we ate. During the week I worked out 6 of the 7 days so I count that as a win.
This week is full of work, kid activities, church and gym visits. I have done some meal prep already so the week should be a little easier to navigate. It is amazing how taking 30 minutes to chop vegetables can save you so much time during the week.

Gluten Free Lean Body Dinner Menu
Monday: Baked Chicken Fajitas
Tuesday: Chicken with Cauliflower Alfredo sauce and brown rice pasta
Wednesday: Taco salad with ground turkey
Thursday: Meatloaf with ground turkey, roasted potatoes and green beans (didn’t make it last week)
Friday: Quinoa Stir Fry
Saturday: Cauliflower pizza – will use this as a base
