Hey Friends! How was your weekend? Do anything fun? The highlights for us were the girls had their dance recital, I finished my triathlon and we had Gluten Free donuts. Not sure what else could have been better!

Thanks for all your support Sunday with my triathlon. I have to say it was one of the hardest races I’ve done and I wanted to give up more than once but I got my metal, ran if faster than I expected and checked something off my bucket list. And since Gluten Free donuts were 7 minutes from the race I felt it appropriate to enjoy a few!
This week is the kiddos last full week of the school year, next week is half days. All sports and dance classes are over so we will actually have 5 whole weeknights without having to be somewhere. Strange!
This week’s menu is of course Gluten Free, simple, fast, family friendly and mostly in line with the Lean Body Challenge Diet. Friday: Date Night!
Saturday: Grilling our burgers and chicken
