Hey Friends! Time for another Summer dinner menu.
Summer is a great time to fire up the grill or fire pit! It helps you enjoy the season and keep your kitchen cool. Hubby is normally the grill master but I have been practicing so he has some competition on this hands. Last week I grilled our Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin. It was epic! The only change is that I marinated it for 2 days because the day I intended to cook it I felt horrible and slept through dinner. The leftovers have been so tasty. I have used it on salads, on nachos, and mixed it with leftover Rice and Beans.
This week Hubby is off to church camp again so the kiddos and I are going to hold down the fort. I’m going to practice some more grilling to make us some tasty Gluten Free dinners.

Monday: Grilled Chicken and veggies with rice
Tuesday: Baked Lasagna – the leftovers will be my lunch all week
Wednesday: Chicken Spaghetti
Thursday: Grilled Pork Chops
Friday: Dinner Out
Saturday: Pizza Night!
