The Gluten Free food market is exploding! I spent 2 days walking Expo East and I can’t even begin to tell you about everything I ate. I will do my best to share the top products I found.
Expo East is the largest food expo on the east coast and it focuses on natural foods, health and beauty products.

1 Drinks – everything from coffee to ginger to turmeric to bone broth
2 Bars – loads of protein/ snack bars
3 Plant Based – raw, non-GMO, organic, minimally processed, no artificial flavors
4 Meat – there were tons of jerky options
5 Chips/ popcorn – healthier snack options, veggie based chips, bean based chips, hull-less popcorn
Expo East is always so much fun because you get to actually talk to the brands, learn about their products and see what is coming next.
