S’more Pie

Enjoy s’mores without the campfire.

Easy recipe for Gluten Free S'mores Pie

Want s’mores but no time to make a campfire? This s’more pie is a great way to use the same ingredients and get the same great taste. And as a bonus you don’t get sticky fingers.

We love a good backyard campfire, our summer and fall are filled with them. Whether we were cooking hot dogs, chicken packets or kabobs we always pull out the marshmallows for s’mores. Both the kiddos and adults love them!

This pie is super quick and easy to make.

It really is that easy! This pie would be perfect for a summer BBQ or church potluck.

Now let’s talk ingredients. There are a few brands of Gluten Free Graham Crackers available.

Here are a few we have tried:

Three Bakers Snackers – Honey Graham

Pamela’s – Honey Grahams

Schar – Honey Grams

Kinnikinnick – S’morables

This pie lasted exactly 1.2 days in our house. Once Hubby and I starting digging into it directly with a spoon, it was over.

Enjoy smores pie Gluten Free style

Enjoy!
