Hello friends! Did you survive the holidays? We had a blast with family and went on some fun adventures.
Last week we had a nasty bug work it’s way through our house, so this should be a good week where everyone is healthy and ready to eat.
Here is our Gluten Free Meal Plan
MONDAY – Baked Sticky Chicken from Meaningful Eats
TUESDAY – Taco Salad with homemade Easy Guacamole
WEDNESDAY – Slow Cooker Roast Chicken, roasted veggies, and mac n cheese
THURSDAY – Baked Spaghetti Pie
FRIDAY – Dinner Out
SATURDAY – Fried chicken, onion rings, and tater tots – cause fried food is fun!
Meal Planning Tips
Are you new to meal planning? Here are a few tips to make it easier and save time.
- Write your menu down and make it visible in the house
- Make your grocery list from the ingredients for those recipes
- Prep as much as you can ahead of time. Examples: pre-cook meat, chop veggies, make sauces
- Be flexible, life happens. If Monday is crazy and you didn’t get the chicken in the slow cooker before work, just make tacos from Tuesdays instead.
