Sunday June 2nd over 2,000 Gluten Free people descended on Bethesda, Maryland for the third Washington DC Gluten Free Expo. The expo was very good with a number of big and local vendors.

Hope you all had a great weekend! We had a slow, family weekend which was perfect. Saturday I ran my first 10k and felt great. I plan to run 2 more before my half marathon in October.
