I was craving some cookies so I decided to try the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Cookie Mix. All you need to add is egg and vegetable oil. The instructions say the dough will be crumbly. This is an understatement! I had to add 1 tbsp of water to make the dough wet enough stick together.
The cookies came out great! They tasted wonderful and looked like regular cookies. I had a couple with a glass of milk and was in heaven! If you need a GF cookie fix – these will hit the spot!
