For dinner last night we enjoyed Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan! It was so easy to make and tasted like we were at a restaurant. And of course didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I served it with some yummy Gluten Free noodles and GF red sauce. For the pasta I use Tinkyaka brand and the sauce is Classico. Both are Gluten Free and tasty.
This was a huge hit with the kids. I have pictures of Little A shoving a handful in his mouth! Needless to say the kids all got bathes after dinner. I take this as a compliment. Hubby almost licked the plate, again a compliment!
What You Need:
3 chicken breasts
1/2 cup of Tall Papa bread crumbs, Italian Blend
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
Sliced mozzarella cheese
1 bag of GF pasta
1 jar of GF red pasta sauce
How to Make It:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Start to boil water for your pasta and cook according to the package. Lightly grease a casserole dish for the chicken. Get out 2 shallow bowls: in one put the stirred egg and in the second combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Take the chicken through the bowls, egg then bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. In a small pot heat your sauce over medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked spoon some sauce over the chicken and top with the sliced mozzarella. Put the chicken under the broiler for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Serve the chicken beside or on top of the noodles and sauce.
Enjoy!

Looks delicious! My sister would definitely kill for this dish – two of her favorite meals in one! I’ll definitely have to try this out!
