At the Gluten Free Expo in Washington DC this past spring I met a sweet lady named Linda who just happened to have a Gluten Free bakery called Mixing It Up Gluten Free. I was very excited when she sent me a box of her goodies to try! Cause who doesn’t love fresh Gluten Free baked goods, right?
The box included: banana nut bread, granola, a cinnamon nut muffin, a brownie, and an oatmeal raisin cookie.
All of the products were good but the star of the show was the oatmeal raisin cookie! It tasted just like my grandma’s cookies! The taste and texture were perfect! I could eat a pile of these.
I really enjoyed the granola on some greek yogurt with some fresh blueberries. The taste was great and it was very filling!
Mixing It Up Gluten Free has an extensive product list to meet anyone’s tastes and needs.
The bakery is located just outside of Charlottesville, VA. You can find these yummy GF treats in a number of retail locations in Virginia as well as order them online.
Disclaimer: I was given the products to try. The opinions and photos are my own.

I met Lind recently at a local GiG meeting. She lives a few miles from me. Her goodies are wonderful.
