If you don’t know Carrie she has an awesome Gluten Free blog called Ginger Lemon Girl. She also loves her slow cooker like I do and wrote a killer GF slow cooker cookbook! It has tons of ideas and recipe for your slow cooker.
This new book has easy everyday recipes as well as things like baked pumpkin crunch oatmeal, five-ingredient meatloaf that you cook in the microwave, and Maryland style crab cakes with country ham! Carrie provides a wealth of basic cooking knowledge in the front of the book along with an education on Gluten Free cooking.
The book has recipes for: breakfast, lunch, party grub, study snacks, microwave meals, easy main dishes, vegetarian and vegan options, pasta and grains, special occasions and desserts.
When I went to college by mom gave me the Betty Crocker basics cookbook. Carrie’s Everything Gluten-Free College Cookbook should be in the hands of any college student and young person just starting out. I can’t wait to try some of her recipes in this great book!

Well I am in college right now and my favorite GF food is definitely my mom’s macaroni salad! I try to make it but it never turns out as tasty as when my mom makes it.
I eat popcorn, soooo much popcorn, its fast, easy and portable.
I am not a college student but I would love this book for the basics!!! most cookbooks are too fancy for me!

My favorite go to food when I was in college was rice. I would fix rice and add tuna and cheese or add chicken breast with some steamed veggies. It was a great staple to have. Thanks for offering this!

I just graduated college in December and shortly thereafter found out I was sick because of gluten! My go-to was a peanut butter sandwich or mac & cheese so I was pretty much making myself sicker.
My go to food is gluten free oatmeal. Boring I know.
