We made it to the beautiful TN mountains for vacation with hubby’s family! Poor hubby had a rough ride due to his back surgery. Six hours like this wasn’t fun.
When on family vacations we still make a menu. It helps a ton on the wallet and time is restaurants with young kids isn’t always enjoyable.
Vacation menu
Monday- taco salad
Tuesday – spaghetti with salad
Wednesday – One Dish Wonder (check recipe page for recipe)
Thursday – Chicken stir fry
Friday – dinner out
All these meals are easy to make Gluten Free and the whole extended family is happy. They also can’t tell that it is GF!
We also made a breakfast and lunch menu. Just basic items like cereal, eggs, bacon, GF pancakes, sandwiches and leftovers.
A few news items!
