Starting 2014 Off Right

Starting a new year makes me want to evaluate the last year and look forward to what is coming next.  I’m not a make resolutions kind of girl, I’m more of a make goals kind of girl.  To me they seem different, not sure why.

What are your goals for 2014?

What do you want to achieve?  Where do you want to go?  What do you want to overcome?  What are you working toward?

Here are some of my highlights from 2013…

Ran my first half-marathon

Published my first cookbook

Traveled to Chicago, Raleigh, Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington DC and Vegas to attend Gluten Free events.

My 2014 goals…

Speak to groups about Celiac Disease and living Gluten Free.

Not worry what the scale says but focus on how I feel.

Eat more vegetables.

Write more books

Love God and Love People

So lets raise our glasses to a wonderful Gluten Free 2014!  Cheers!

Awesome resolutions! I am so inspired by your half marathon – once I get my weight up to a healthy level, running a half marathon is a definite goal for me in 2014. Writing more sounds like an awesome goal too! I wrote all about my own resolutions on my latest blog post. My main goal? Live the happiest and healthiest life as a celiac that I can! http://caseythecollegeceliac.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-new-gluten-free-me-in-2014.html

      Casey,
You can do the half! One step at a time!
