I’ve been GF for 9 months after a blood test showing a significant wheat allergy (NOT celiac, just a wheat allergy). After a week of mourning, I went cold turkey and realized I had actually felt nauseous for TEN YEARS and for the first time, I felt better. My anxiety attacks (a 20 year ordeal) started to lessen in frequency and severity too. I’m so happy I asked for those blood tests after one too many sinus infections!
