I’m blessed to have supportive family members that make and buy Gluten Free items for me! My mother-in-law even scrubbed her toaster oven so I could have toast Christmas morning. I pray this is your experience too!
Monday – Kale, Lemon Pasta – new recipe
Tuesday – Breakfast for dinner then some fun appetizers and champagne once the kiddos go to bed! Thinking Baked Potato Skins and some Chicken Cheesy Ranch Dip.
Wednesday – New Year’s Day! Chicken Piccata – eMeals recipe
Thursday – Pork BBQ in the slow cooker
Friday – Chili and cornbread
Saturday – BBQ pizza using left over meat from Thursday and Udi’s Pizza crust!
