If you don’t know who Erica Dermer is you should really check her out! She is the author and blogger behind Celiac and the Beast. She adds a sassy personality to the Gluten Free community. She is a great advocate for us and will often go head to head with companies on our behalf. Erica also has wicked awesome Gluten Free merchandise that she sells on her site. I personally have two of her shirts and love them!
