There are so many awesome new Gluten Free companies bringing products to the market! One of my favorite baking mix companies is Moon Rabbit Foods. I first met them at a GFAF Event in Charlotte in 2013. I have seen them at a couple more events and grabbed some of their mixes along the way.
Their mixes are made with cassava flour. It has a great taste and texture! They have a large list of products from cake mix, to pie dough to brownies to cornbread mix.
