Wow! The GFAF Expo in Chicago was fabulous on so many levels! The visitors were fabulous, the food was phenomenal and our GF community rocks! I enjoyed 2.5 days of Gluten Free bliss while in Chicago.
Gluten Free for Men – BBQ sauce, it is tomato based and very yummy. I’ll be doing a giveaway soon for a bottle!
Ardenne Farm – Baking mixes, they have very yummy cookie and cake mixes. I’ve already made a batch of their oatmeal cookies and was blown away!
BFree – Bread, the bread is Gluten Free, dairy free, high in fiber, low in fat and tastes good. They also had awesome tortillas for wraps.
One Bite Specialty Foods – Teriyaki sauce, Gluten Free, diary free, nut free and tasty!
Dr. Praegers – Frozen food items, I loved their sweet potato littles and spinach littles!
Coconut Bliss – Coconut ice cream, if you are dairy free this is your next go-to ice cream!
Hope Foods – Dips, I loved their hummus and chocolate dips.
The Coffeecake Connection – Coffee Cakes, their pound cake will blow your mind. I bought 3 cake-a-lettes to take home.
Leo’s Gluten Free – Pasta, you can only find this locally in IL but their raviloi was some of the best I’ve had.
Canyon Bakehouse – Bread, this was my first time trying their breads. I thought they had a great taste and texture.
Delights Stuffed Sandwiches – GF hot pockets, they taste great and they will be in Aldi’s soon, so check the freezer section and stock up! I will be buying cases of these!
Virtuous Living – Spice mixes, I rarely make a meal without these spice mixes. I LOVE THEM!
Kiki’s Gluten Free foods – Pizza, pockets, cookies, The deep dish pizza and spinach feta pockets will make you want to smack your mamma!
Pascha – Chocolate, This is chocolate heaven! There are 3 new flavors out that I will be sharing soon. Hint – awesome!
Way Better Snacks – Sprouted Chips, The new sriracha flavor was awesome and I don’t even like spicy food.
Red Apple Lipstick – Cosmetics, I love Jay and Andrea and I love their products. I wear their cosmetics daily!
Schar – Pastas, crackers, cookies… the list goes on and on. Just love them.
Bumbalooza – Baking Mixes, These girls are rocking the GF baking mix world. I’ve already made their cookie and cream cake and it was awesome!
Freedom Foods – Cereals, I bought as many boxes as I could fit in my luggage, enough said.
Enjoy Life Foods – Top 8 and Gluten Free, I stocked up on Plentils and the yummy S’mores bars!
