Weekly Menu April 28 2014

The weekend was a whirlwind, but it was awesome.  My mom and I hopped on a plane Friday afternoon to Nashville to attend the GFAF Wellness Event.  It was the first time a Gluten Free event has been in Nashville.  We had a ton of fun, met loads of great people and found some yummy products that I will tell you all about soon.

We got home in the early hours Sunday morning.  Luckily my mother-in-law came over after church so I could nap with the twins.  Then she helped us plant our first ever garden.  We are trying a pallet garden, I’ll do a post soon to share the details.

This week hubby goes to a church conference out of town for a few days so it is just me and the kiddos.

Monday – Kids – mini pizzas with Udi’s hot dog buns / Date night for hubby and me!

Tuesday – Grilled Pork Chops – recipe from
eMeals

Wednesday – Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken to use in nachos and quesadillas, creating the recipe and will share if it goes well!

Thursday – Chicken Alfredo with Schar noodles

Friday – Quinoa Chicken Stir Fry

Saturday –  Leftovers or grilled hot dogs
