To make life interesting hubby and I are also doing a smoothie / veggie thing for breakfast and lunch. I avoid the phrase “smoothie cleanse” and instead say we are just going to eat a ton of veggies and fruit for a few days to see what happens.
Monday – Mexican Shepherds Pie – one dish meal
Tuesday – Honey Slow Cooker Chicken for kiddos and babysitter. Hubby and I will attend a work dinner.
Wednesday – Swiss Chicken Casserole with green beans
Thursday – Hubby will make homemade hamburger helper – recipe in my Gluten Free One Dish Meals ebook
Friday – Hubby will make chicken alfredo with GF pasta
Saturday – Leftovers or whatever hubby comes up with
