I have been experimenting with a number of smoothies over the past few weeks since we got our new Blendtec Blender. Guys – I’m in love with this thing! I can make soup, sauces, ice cream, sorbet and smoothies all with the same machine.
There are many benefits to smoothies; like they are fast to make and easy to drink while you drop kids off and run to work. They are also full of protein and fiber to keep you full.
Here is a fun recipe I created this week that is filled with so many good things you won’t believe it!
What You Need:
1 cup water
1 banana
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
1 handful of spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp chi seeds

How To Make It:
Fill your blender in the order listed. Hit the smoothie setting and watch. Enjoy the smoothie and start your day!
The Blendtec Blender rocks! Seriously if I could only have 1 kitchen appliance it would be this Blendtec Blender. It makes everything from sauces to smoothies to ice cream!
